How do I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
If you wish to upgrade/downgrade your account, the
account owner will need to go to the
Settings & Payment page and select
details from the navigation. Note: Only the
owner can make changes to the plans.
It won't let me downgrade!
If you are trying to downgrade, be sure your account is a match for all the plan limits. If not make the appropriate changes by:

- Archiving/deleting projects (Note: We suggest archiving if you think you'll be back. Archived projects are not counted against your plan limit and if you need to unarchive later you can just upgrade to get them back.)
- Deleting attachments for account
