Can I customize ticket states?
Lighthouse has a series of ticket states which are available by default when a new project is created. This is so you can get on the ground running when you start creating tickets.
By default, ticket states are split between two categories:
You can edit these ticket states to fit your workflow within the open and closed categories.
First things first, you need to go to your Lighthouse project and click the Edit Project link.
Scroll down to the Project Open/Closed states fields (_the last two sections at the bottom of the page_)
Here you will see the lists of open and closed ticket states. You can edit these however you like in order to fit your projects workflow.
