No notifications / no mails
We are not receiving any notifications from Lighthouse anymore. By updating or creating a ticket, no e-mail has being send. Can you fix this problem? Thank you very much.

Oh thanks! All 'My subcriptions' were suddenly turned of?? Is this due to a Lighthouse update? This is the case for all my collegues and customers. Can you select all 'My subriptions' automatically? Or should we adjust this manually in each profile?

Hi Marlies,
Are you saying that all account members now have zero notification/subscription boxes checked?
Each member would need to adjust their own subscription settings themselves.

Email was not working for some accounts for some hours but we have fixed it and you should be receiving mail again.
