Summary Reports & Graph
I'm new to the discussion. Is there any plan to add summary reporting and/or graphing to the Dashboard? We have a contract that is based on the # of tickets and % resolved. Thanks!

Hey Rick,
We do plan to add some reporting tools in the future, but that's on the next page of our roadmap so it's still a little ways off while we wrap up current features and improvements to the system.
You can also export a CSV of any ticket search in the system up to 100 items, which is what most use for basic reporting/meeting data.
