How can I bulk import a list of tasks from Excel / CSV etc?
Hi,
Quite often a client will send a list of bugs / features they would like fixed/developed in a spreadsheet or just list of items in an email, it would be really useful ( after a little bit of formatting ) if I could import these as seperate tickets into Lighthouse, I don't see a way of doing this in the standard platform, has anyone written a little application that uses the API to do this?

We don't currently have an import option for Excel/CSV files. It is possible to do with the API, but I don't know of any prewritten solutions since each CSV format/structure is probably unique with each case. You'd have to write a custom solution yourself for the time being.
