Order by ticket #
Is there any way to order a search by ticket #? When I get a call asking me about a ticket since I can't search on ticket # next best thing for ME would be to ORDER by ticket #.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

If you type the ticket number into the search box, it should take you directly to that ticket.

Add
sort:numberto the search. It's relatively new and hasn't been written up in the search documentation yet.
