When to use @ in tag name?
I've seen examples of @ being used at the start of tag names. Does this provide special functionality or is it simply a visual thing?

It's simply a visual thing. For instances, we have normal tags like "tickets" "projects" and "users" but have tags for describing the tickets status such as "@high" or "@committed"
