Background color

The background color of the original ticket/message is the same as the background color of code blocks. So if you place code in the original ticket/message, there is no distinction in background color. I'd like to see some difference, helps emphasize it is a code block when the background differs.

This does not apply to comments.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I think we could definitely improve the styling of code blocks. I'll bring it up with the design team during the next refresh meeting.
