Option to include comments in email notifications
I've gotten feedback from clients that it would be a huge time saver if description and comments on tickets were included in the email notifications. Most of them don't have Lighthouse up in a browser all day so it's an interruption to have to go in and remind themselves about the nature of a ticket when they receive the "resolved" email.
As a developer, I suppose I could take the time to type a complete comment that describes the original ticket as well as the resolution but that seems a bit wasteful.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll bring this up with the team when we go over some LH revisions later this week.
