Show / Highlight assigned user in notification emails

In my projects a lot of people CC me on tickets that I should be aware of but that I am not responsible for implementing. This always causes me to have to follow each link in each email just to find out what is going on.

A simple fix for this would be to highlight the user the ticket is currently assigned to very clearly in the email content and possibly also in the subject line.

This would really really save me a lot of time on a daily basis.

I agree, this is combersome. Putting it in the subject line seems to make great sense here. Especially those on iphones or other mobile devices.

This would be a great benefit for me also.

Thank you for the suggestion, I'll file a ticket in our Lighthouse project so the team can talk it over this week. It's definitely a valid point.
