CSV Export of Issues
A great feature would be to have an exportable list of all open tickets, so I can view them all easier from Numbers or Excel. Then, be able to reimport those back to Lighthouse as a bulk update.
I did this with an inventory system once, and it worked great.

We might add csv exporting, but probably not importing.

Importing would be great, and really easy, no? I wrote a PHP script that separated out each line, then each tab separated field, and then mapped each field to a database field, and updated accordingly.
This would be super helpful as I currently have 24 open tickets, and would be much easier to go through each one in Numbers then have to open a ticket, update the status, click back, and then open the next. If you take on average 30 seconds per ticket to open, update and move to the next, times 24 tickets, that's 12 minutes wasted essentially per day. With my hourly rate, that's $17 lost to the UI.

Sure, it'd also be easy to write your own csv importer and exporter using the actual API. This isn't a very common feature request.

I appreciate the suggestion, but we get a lot of them. They just have to get weighed against everything else. Adding something to clutter the interface that's only in use by a small portion of the audience doesn't make a lot of sense. We have some ideas on using miniapps to experiment with little improvements. Maybe a little csv importer/exporter could be written so we can gauge interest in it.
