Update and watch ticket with single button/click

Currently you are not added as a watcher of a ticket when you make a comment or otherwise update it. I think this behavior is correct, however it would be nice to have an 'Update and watch' button or some way of setting a global or per project flag that you should be added as a watcher anytime you 'Update' a ticket.

   Just wanted to let you know that adding yourself or others as "watchers" of any ticket is now live. Let us know what you think!
