Close ticket button
Closing tickets takes quite a few steps. I have to select the ticket from the list, change the ticket status to resolved, scroll down to click update and then go back to the tickets list.
It would be useful if we had a 'close ticket' button available in the list view that would resolve the ticket and remove it from the list. Alternately you could have an explicit 'close ticket' button in the ticket view that would resolve the ticket and take you back to list tickets view.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Thanks for the suggestion, yeah we have a few requests out there lurking around. I'll attach this to the feature request ticket so we have a grip on demand when we start reviewing for some updates.
