new field "difficulty"
i'd liek to be able to specify the difficutly for any of my tickets, so maybe a ticket could be "trivial" "easy" "medium" "hard" "extremely hard"

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the suggestion. We recommend you use tags in this case. Check out this article about our stance on custom fields. http://hoth.entp.com/2008/11/18/custom-fields-we-don-t-need-no-stinking-custom-fields

than can i request groups of tags, so i could group the tags "difficult" "medium" and "easy" into a "priority" group, that maybe could then be displayed on any list of tickets?
Tags are kinda hard to browse currently, we've got a big list of over 100 tags and they're maybe if they were sorted by number of tickets associated with each on the tags that would be a lot more helpful
also i'd like the ability to tag a ticket without having to hit submit, its a lot of clicks just to add a tag to something

We keep ticket bins for our priority tags, which we only have @high for emergency tickets, but it works well in the sidebar as an indicator and keeps it visually in front of the UI so you always know whats critical.

Ticket bins are like saved searches. Do a search for "tagged:high" then you will get an option to save it as a ticket bin. These show up in the sidebar.
