We don't really recommend this on Lighthouse. It tends to create a lot of duplicate ticket spam that the interface is not really tailored for. I'd suggest sending the exceptions to email or a service like Exceptional or Hoptoad. We happen to use and love Exceptional, which also lets you create Lighthouse tickets from common exceptions. Gmail works well too if you set up a contact for your Lighthouse project's email url.
If you look at the screenshots, two of the features they add are the ability to ignore certain exceptions, and to group similar ones under a single listing. These are features that don't really make sense for general tickets, and likely won't be added anytime soon.
