"All my tickets"

I'd love a view, and I think it should replace the dashboard view (which I never use) that showed me all tickets, project by project, assigned to me ...

This way, I could scan one screen and see if any tickets have come in for other apps that I'm not working on directly, without clicking in to each app.

That would help a lot to keep track of what I have to do across multiple projects.

   This will be incorporated into a new 'user dashboard' that we have coming up, part of a bit of a visual refresh that's currently being worked on.
