[confirmed] Data export option?

If I try out Lighthouse for the 30 days, and decide it's not for me, is there any way to easily take my data with me via some sort of export option? I could tap the API, but that's kind of a hassle.

    We don't yet have a method to easily export your data, but if you do happen to try out LH and decide it's not what your looking for, I'll write up an exporter for you. We do plan to get this in, so it's possible we'll have it in if/when you decide to leave, but we're pretty confident you'll be sticking around. ;-)

    This is a pretty important feature to me. Would suck if something happened (act of nature, crazy employee, etc) and all our data was gone. Being able to backup all our data would be awesome.

    There's been an API for awhile now. You can easily grab details on tickets, messages, etc.

    is it possible to retrieve all tickets in a single xml page instead of using 'page' param

    david: please open a new discussion for that request. We have a mass ticket edit api call right now that's waiting on a UI to expose, so a ticket transfer is easy for me to do.
