Show ticket property changes in feed even if comment is blank
If you add a comment when changing the status, milestone or owner of an issue, you get a nice entry in the project feed.
However, if the comment is left blank, the aditional info is not displayed either.
Discussions are closed to public comments.

We do have plans to clean up the news feed and notification system inside Lighthouse. This will include changes made without comments.
