Assign a ticket by mail
We love the feature that you can create a ticket by mail. Is it also possible to directly assign a ticket that was created by mail from within the same e-mail?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Yes, if you put
[responsible:whoever]on it's own line at the end of your email it will get passed on as who is assigned the ticket.Let us know if you have any questions.
