Email notification

Does LighthouseApp get email notification when creating/modifying a
ticket ?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Yes, depending on your settings for notifications you would get notifications for other people's activity. You will never get notifications for your own activity (create a ticket, make a comment, etc).
