How can I add the Priority value to the view?
When I click on Tickets and get this view (https://depaul.lighthouseapp.com/tickets),
or any other filtered view of tickets, I'd like to see the priority
value displayed on this screen too. With the option to sort by
priority too. Is this possible? If so, can you please tell me how
to add it? thanks!
Melonie W.

If you have priority state enabled on your account (found in Settings) then you will see the priority marker on the ticket overview. It's a colored dot to the left of the ticket listing.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Nicole

Thank you. Is the color of that dot customizable? Right now, it's not
distinguishable. High and Med settings, for example, appear black. And low
is a light grey. I'd like to set that as red, yellow, blue

No, they aren't customizable but we have fixes we're working on to make them more distinguishable.
Thanks,
Nicole
