Moving tickets
It says it's possible to move tickets between projects on your knowledge base. However I can't seem to do this. Can you help me?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hi Steven,
If you conduct a search, or use a pulldown arrow next to the ticket header to select a ticket bin, there will be a link under the tabs to "Bulk Edit Tickets" one of the options is to change the project for selected tickets.
