Bulk unsubscribe
Over the last few months, I've been listed as a subscriber on dozens of tickets. I'd like to unsubscribe all at once. Is that possible?
I was able to do a 'subscribed:me' search to find all such tickets, which seems to be an undocumented search keyword. But then I have to manually unsubscribe.
I'm not subscribed to all tickets in the project.

Is this on one specific account? You can go into your user profile for that account and change your notification settings so that you receive no emails.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Nicole

Thanks. But I'd like emails on future tickets I'm watching.
Can I disable emails and reenable them?

Yes, you can do that. The only issue would be if someone commented on those older tickets you're trying to avoid now you'd get a notification for it. I'll add the request to be able to bulk edit unwatch tickets. In the short term, changing your notification settings and then re-enabling is the best solution to your situation.
Thanks,
Nicole

Thanks, but I'm still misunderstanding something: by disabling and then
re-enabling my notification settings, which types of alerts will I
stop receiving?

If you disable your notifications you will stop receiving them for as long as you have the notifications disabled. The idea being that eventually the activity on the tickets you are watching today (that you'd like to not be watching) will eventually stop (ticket completed, abandoned, something) and down the road when you enable the notifications you'll only get them for new activity. This is not going to be precise, but short of unwatching each ticket there really isn't a way to do what you are trying to do.
Thanks,
Nicole
