How can I filter tickets without setting them up as seperate projects?
My team need to be able to filter existing tickets within 1 project by 'Day to day' and by 'Large development projects' to make it easier for us to manage workflow. Please can you advise how this could be done. Thanks
P.s I have looked at creating milestones to solv this issue but can other users see and assign to the milestones I have created?

Yes, other members of the account/project can see and assign to milestones you create.
You can also use, depending on how you're using "Day to Day" (tag versus ticket state), create a saved search bin that can be shared with members of the account project. This would update anyone tagged the ticket with the specific tag or if the ticket's custom state matched the search criteria.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Nicole
