Reporting?
Is there any way to generate reports using the Lighthouse App?
I'm wanting to see general statistics such as number of tickets per month opened/resolved. Number of tickets on hold and so on.

Lighthouse doesn't have reporting. You could generate your own reports by using the project CSV files, but those only give you the state of the tickets at this time, not that state over time or cumulative.
