How do I edit a ticket summary once the ticket is created?

On the original ticket, not a comment, select the Edit Ticket option in the top left of the ticket.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you for the super fast answer. I think my problem is that part "On the
original ticket, not a comment" because when I click edit ticket it leads me
to "Edit comment". In the "Edit comment" field I see the ticket description
I entered in the "Describe the problem" field when I created it.

I normaly access the ticket by clicking on its summary from the Tickets
page. what is the correct way to open the ticket so I'm allowed to edit its
    title?

Changing the title is at the bottom of the ticket, under the upload area on the add a comment field.
