How do I assign/remove ticket bins?
The Beacon app seems to have this feature, but I don't see it on the web version. However, on Beacon it also seems broken at the moment.

We do not maintain the Beacon app, so I can't tell you what is going on there. You'll need to contact them. I can tell you that ticket bins aren't something you can assign to someone. Tickets proper can be assigned to a project/account member, but not bins.
Let me know if I've misunderstood your question.
Thanks,
Nicole

I mean where do I create a ticket bin, and define what it should automatically contain?

Tina -
Through the Lighthouse Web UI within your project you will do a search on keywords. Once you have the results you'll see the option to "Save Search as Bin". You can choose to share the bin or keep it so it's only available to you.
Thanks,
Nicole
