I can't find ticket priority setting on project edit page
I would like to move from Unfuddle (paid plan) to Lighthouse (paid plan). I need to set ticket priority. Where can I find it? I've read the following discussion before but still couldn't find it.

By default, users sort their own tickets in in their milestones (priority sort). However, you can enable a global per-ticket priority state (High/Medium/Low) in the account settings for accounts on the Bronze plan or higher. You are currently on the Free plan and priority state will not be available to you. You will need to upgrade for priority state.
Thanks,
Nicole

I'm on your trial plan now. How can I try the bronze plan during my trial? Can I try the bronze plan without paying first? I don't mind giving my credit card during the trial. But I want to try it first. I would like to compare between Lighthouseapp and Unfuddle. I also want to check the integration between Lighthouseapp and bitbucket.org. Please help me.
Are there any web page describing comparison between each plan?

You will need to check with bitbucket.org on what is required for their system to post to Lighthouse— http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BITBUCKET/Setting+Up+the+Bi....
The plans are described at http://lighthouseapp.com/plans.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Nicole

Ok, I'll check with BitBucket about that.
If I enter my credit card, when will the card get charged? Is it possible to try your Bronze plan during my trial? I would like to check the global priority.

No, you will not be charged. Your account is currently on the Bronze plan during the trial period. You don't need to do anything further.
Thanks,
Nicole
