to be able to see all "major" tagged tickets across all of our
projects: web, api, systems, etc. Having to have separate tabs open
for each is a royal PITA.<br></p>
<p>Also, being able to have "global" milestones would be a natural
extension to this. E.g. show me all "major" tagged tickets for the
"feature X release" milestone for all projects. Forcing each
project in it's own silo adds an incredible amount of overhead for
teams who have people that have their fingers simultaneously in

feature. I think this comes as people have found how useful
Lighthouse in problem/enhancement management for a single project
but they normally work over multiple projects with ever changing
