How do I assign and sort by ticket priority?
Obviously some tickets will be higher in priority than others, and I'll want them to rise to the top.
How do I assign them a priority, and then how do I sort by priority?

There are two different ways Lighthouse handles priority. It is available beginning with the bronze plan. By default, on bronze plans and higher, priority sort is available. You don't need to do anything to enable this. You'll be able to drag and sort tickets within a milestone. This is only on milestones.
You can also explicitly enable priorities on all tickets and that will give you a drop down menu on each ticket to set the priority (High, Medium, Low). If you enable priority state you disable priority sort and vice versa.
To enable priority state go to http://youraccount.lighthouseapp.com/settings.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Nicole
