Receiving mail at new tickets.

Dear all,

How can i set your system to receive an email when a new tickets is generated by mail.

    In your profile there is a "My Subscriptions" setting. Select the projects you wish to be notified about and you'll be set.

    Dear Nicole,

    Thank for your response.
    I've tried to send mails to my ticket list, but i didn't receive mails back.

    Indeed if i open a ticket inside the application, I receive it by mail too.
    But I need to receive mail also when the tickets are opened by mail.

    If you are creating the ticket or making the comment you will not receive a notification of that action. You'll only get new tickets created by others or comments made by others on tickets you or others have created.
