Responsibility and notification via form
How do you assign responsibility and notification via the webform from tender? The usual email syntax doesn't seem to work.

Barrie,
Can you try putting the keywords at the bottom of the ticket and make sure they are within brackets?
Let me know if that makes any difference for you.
