Not receiving email notifications

Hi,

I recently signed up for Lighthouse, and I'm not receiving any email notifications when a new ticket is created, or updated. I have all the settings checked to receive notifications, and the emails are not in my spam filter.

I don't know what the problem is. Thank you for your help,

    Hey Alexandra. I'm seeing successful emails sent, but the last one was o 09/10/2010. In your recent activity I see you as the creator and person taking actions on your tickets. You won't receive emails of your own activity in Lighthouse, so I wanted to make that clear since I believe that is the case you are seeing. I don't see any tickets you are watching that have been updated by other users.
