Hello, I'm looking to see if there is a way to export entire projects and all their tickets. Basically archive them for future searching. I did some searching but couldn't find anything on this.

   Hi Jonathan,

   Yes, to export go to -> Setting and Payments (upper left of dash) -> Export and select the project you'd like to export.

   To archive, go to the desired project and -> Edit. You'll see the option to archive (see attached screenshot).

   Things to note:

   • Searching from the dashboard only searches active projects (not archived).
   • Searching inside a project works as expected for active and archived projects alike.
