Hello, we've been working with a client in the Posse project of the hcphilly account. Is there anyway to transfer that project (only) over to our client if I could give you their account name?

Thanks!

    Mark -

We can move the tickets in the projects over for you, or you can do this yourself in the bulk edit options (quite likely quicker than our devs would do a manual move).

Just do a simple search for the tickets inside the project and then selected the advanced option, and enter:

    Account:"Account Name" Project:"Project Name"

in the advanced field. This requires your user profile be a member of both accounts, and you've already set up empty projects in the new account to move them to. Once you've moved the tickets you can change the account owner to your client.

One downside, we can't move the milestones at this point in time, only the tickets themselves. Other Lighthouse content must be migrated over manually.

If you have a lot of milestones you want to keep, it's easiest to move each milestone over one by one, and assign the tickets to the new projects/accounts milestones after each migration.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
