Use an attachment as the source for an image in a ticket
I'd like to include screenshots in my tickets. I've attached them to the ticket, but the S3 url that is generated has an expiration so I can't use them as images in my ticket because they expire and my src attributes become broken. Is there a way to generate a link to the screenshots without an expiry?

Good question. I believe not (because we use a more paranoid access method for S3). I tend to use something like Skitch for screenshots.
However, there may be a server misconfguration. I will take a look and see; this sort of thing really should be possible in theory.
