Sort by priority
When looking at a list of tickets, I like it that I can sort the list by clicking on:
State Title Milestone Assigned to Age
in the header.
Why can't I click on the priority column on the left to sort by priority? Isn't that the thing that people would want to sort by most often?

Hey Steve,
Do you have H/M/L priorities enabled, or are you using the drag/drop priority?

I think H/M/L. I set the priority in the popup and the bottom of the ticket and it shows up in a column on the left as three different colored dots but there is nothing in the header to click on to sort it by that column.
What is drag/drop priority, how does it work, and how do I turn it on?
Steve

If you turn that on (it's an account-wide setting), you lose the
ability to select high/medium/low as a field. So you probably don't
want to do that.
However, to get a regular list of tickets sorted by priority, I
suggest you make a ticket bin with sort:priority as one of the
parameters.
