If you are a member of both accounts, you can use the bulk edit to move tickets from one account to another.
Just go to the project, search for
alland then select the bulk edit option.The bulk edit is unable to move milestones though. So if you need to maintain milestones on a project, I suggest searching for each milestone and moving them one at a time.
