Hi can the ticket bins show all ticket statuses by default? Currently only Open, Resolved and This weeks' tickets are show.
Thanks

What is the search query on your ticket bin?

"Open Tickets" bin as the query "state:open" "Resolved Tickets" bin as the query "state:resolved" "Hold Tickets" bin as the query "state:hold or invalid"
How can I add a 4th, 5th, or more ticket bins, to hold by other status tickets?

If you want to just show everything, as in all states, you would just use
allin the search field, which will return all tickets of any state. You can save any search to create your own bin based on that search query. A list of available search parameters can be found here:

By default,
state:openin a search will return all tickets that fall under an open state. The reverse can be said for state closed. So if you want specific states in a new bin, you could customize the states to your workflow and then search for them specifically.Nicole closed this discussion on 20 Jul, 2010 09:42 PM.
