Why are tickets that are on hold regarded as being closed?
When I look at my milestone, the tickets that are on hold are listed under 'Closed Tickets'. Why is that? Tickets that are on hold have a quite a chance of being switched to 'open' at some point while 'closed' is a more final state.

Hey Sandor. For us personally, tickets on hold are things we have paused due to technical issues and we don't want them on top of our open states. You can customize those states in your settings to how you feel they should be organized though.

Thanks for your suggestion. I didn't realize before that the states were customizable.
So I moved the 'hold' state to the 'Ticket open states' setting. But then, the tickets that are on hold aren't displayed on the milestone page at all. I'd expect to see them under 'Open Tickets' as the 'hold' state should be regarded as being open now.
Am I missing something or is this a bug?
By the way, I use the 'hold' state for tickets that are waiting for input, such as a decision, a confirmation or external information.

I think you'll need to reassign those tickets as that state. The UI is not something we're keeping, In the future it will be a lot nice. That custom states field thing throws off just about everyone in one way or another.

Thanks, I'm fine for now. I'm looking forward to the new UI.
