I do not understand the difference between Public and Open Source projects, can you please explain?

Hey John. Public means anyone can view the project, and if they are logged in, comment and add tickets.

Open source functions identically, but it's for licensed open source projects only, and does not count against your account restrictions. We provide free projects for all open source works.
