Email Updates
How can I set my preference to receive an email anytime a ticket is created? I want to be notified that a new ticket has been submitted via email.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

You can't just be notified of new tickets being created, but you can edit your subscription settings to receive all notifications.
