New layout?
Dear Lighthouse, are you currently working on a more modern layout for Lighthouse? And if so, is there a possibility to join a beta program?
We start to feel like we're working in a museum of ancient software :-)

I know I ask difficult questions, that go beyond regular daily helpdesk stuff. I asked you a question before, about the privacy concerns for Google Analytics, and I just don't get good enough answers.
These things are important to us. Our customers are getting more and more used to beautiful and fancy systems, like Jira. We want to know about whether the digital Dark Ages will be over soon, or if it is better for us to move on to a more modern Ticketing system. Maybe you can send my question up the tree?

Hi Maickel,
the goblin at the top of the tree says, beautiful and fancy unfortunately costs a lot of money, particularly when you have so many different pages, the expectation of full js interactivity, and responsive mobile+desktop considerations where the css and js libraries are constantly changing and require maintenance. In our case we'd have to at least double the monthly fees or start charging per user instead of per account to justify the cost of implementing a redesign. The last time we attempted something of this nature we pulled the plug on it after massive expense and not much good UX to show for it. If you've read this far and you'd like to view that, you can append ?lh3=on to your lighthouse url (go back : ?lh2=on )
