You're just unable to upload more files. Account owners should see an Attachments tab from the main overview page to see attachments sorted by size. We have a few fixes coming to it this week actually, such as a search field.

Oh, I lied :) Actually, it's a feature that is 99% done and the rest
is going up tonight. Just go to /attachments to see the
in-development version. Sorry about the confusion!
