We don't have an automated way to generate this report, but we can do a manual dump of your account that you could then use to generate your own reports from. We are working on reporting tools for Lighthouse, but don't have a timeline to offer yet.
Let me know if you'd like us to generate the account file for you.

Just to verify, we will be creating an account file for the Lighthouse account "camco" and will email the results to [email blocked].
It may take up to 3 days as this is done by the developer and he gets to it in between other tasks.

We too, are interested in reports. If just a ticket dump to .csv file were available, that would be just fine for an initial new feature.
Maybe something like this somewhere in the (not too distant) future?

Hey Andrew,
Have you invited her to the account? or is it an open account that she is trying to log in to?
If her token is outdated, you need to just send a fresh invite. The tokens expire after a few hours. Then she just needs to accept it under her profile.
