We need to bring up a search of all tickets that were updated by a particular member of our team. Is there a string of search terms that we could use, or will this require some creative coding on your part?
Ticket search by "who updated"

We don't currently have an updated_by option in the search. User profiles show recent activity in the timeline, but there is not a search for everything at this point in time.

I've added your request to our list. I'll talk with rick about it shortly. We haven't had a lot of requests for that prior to though, but if it's not a huge timely addition it's something we could probably slip in.
