I can't seem to figure out how to create a new ticket bin without the API - is this possible? I know how to edit ticket bins, I just can't figure out how to make my own or shared ticket bins from scratch.

I figured this out - you do a new search on your tickets page, then you get an option to save this as a ticket bin.
