How do I watch all tickets?

I'm the QA manager, and both the project manager and I want to watch all tickets that are ever created. Is there a way to do that?

    We don't currently have a subscribe to all for email notifications. You could use the projects feed in your email client, or feed reader as an alternative though. You would see every update from there and be easily linked to tickets.

    I apologize...I think I asked this before. (I searched on "watch" and didn't find my previous question.) Gmail can't read the feed, can it.

    Google reader does not support password protected feeds, which private accounts/projects use.
