Is it possible to edit several tickets at once? In particular, I'd like to change milestone settings for many tickets and the only way I've found so far is to go into each ticket and update. Very time consuming.

Hey Blake,
If you do a search for the ticket, say
state:openin the search box, then there is a bulk edit optionhttp://img.skitch.com/20091228-q2sxdheurdrp91ajwbm324xwrm.jpg
You can then use the checkboxes to select the desired tickets and use the milestone drop down and save.
