Is there a way to add additional default questions to be filled out in a ticket?

You could use the API and make your own form, but from inside Lighthouse we do not allow for custom fields.

A follow-up to this: what about adding another value to the Ticket State drop-down field?

    Thanks!

If you go to "Edit Project" you can edit and add states that are considered open and closed. For example, you could add an "In Progress" state that is defined as open, or you could add a "QA'd and Deployed" state that's considered closed.

Let us know if you have any questions!

That sounds like exactly what we need - however, I'm not seeing an 'Edit' option, is there a particular Project view this can be seen in? I just checked and I am an admin for our account (this is also a test account - we're trying the product out)

    Thanks!

http://crmtwf.lighthouseapp.com/projects/42733-crm-cl/edit is the URL you are looking for.

To Edit a project, once inside the project look at the secondary blue navigation bar

Thanks Will! However, what I'm seeing is the following (no Overview Tab once inside a project).

It's from the project level, so you have to be inside the project

So click that, and it will take you to

    http://crmtwf.lighthouseapp.com/projects/42733-crm-cl/overview

From there you'll see the edit option in the secondary blue nav bar like I showed you earlier.
